Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@otxnation.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color. Email us at support@otxnation.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom orders and personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
