Our Policy
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for sizing issues or color preferences. Please review our size chart and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Defects & Fulfillment Errors
If your order arrives with a factory defect, or if we made an error in fulfilling it, we'll make it right. Replacements are issued only in these cases.
How to Request a Replacement
- Email support@otxnation.com within [X] days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos showing the defect or error.
- Our team will review and follow up with next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, unit, and bulk orders placed through our Custom Requests page are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
Sizing Guidance
- Athletic Fit tees run slim through the chest and shoulders — size up if you're between sizes.
- AR 670-1 tees run true to size but may shrink slightly — size up if unsure.
